Memory error when running elasticsearch on docker. macOS Monterey 12.3

The docker container shuts down with error code 137
info from logs:
“max virtual memory areas vm.max_map_count [65530] is too low, increase to at least [262144]”

I have tried solutions from internet, which work with Linux and Windows. No luck
