My Facebook homepage is blank even though I have posts with photos and videos. I saw others post this problem as well. But I can’t contact Facebook for help. How can I solve this problem?

Same here. I have several pages, but this only occurs in one of them which I’ve recently created.
below is the “support” from Facebook which of course did not work:
For these type of cases if it’s within an application, we suggest to
do some troubleshooting. 1.Force close then re-open the app.
2.Navigate to settings to see if there are updates required. 3.Clear cache & data of the application 4.Delete the app from the device and
re-download.
